High School teachers boycott evaluation work in Mysore

Mysore, Apr 3 (UNI) Hundreds of high school teachers deputed on SSLC evaluation work to various centres in the city boycotted the work and took out a procession pressing for their demands.

They were demanding ex-gratia on par with primary school teachers and other Government employees.

The teachers from Mysore and Chamarajanagar district took part in the procession agitation.

They later submitted a memorandum to Deputy Commissioner S Selva Kumar highlighting their demand.
