Greaves Morganite acquires 51 pc of Equity Capital of DCCPL

MUmbai, April 03 (UNI) Greaves Morganite Crucible Ltd will acquire 17,850 Equity Shares of Rs 100 each, representing 51 per cent of the Equity Capital of Diamond Crucible Company Pvt Ltd (DCCPL) based in Mehsana, Gujarat.

A decision to this effect was taken by the Company's Board of Directors (BOD) on April 1, it informed BSE here today.

The balance 17,150 shares of Rs 100 each representing 49 per cent of the capital of DCCPL have been acquired by Terrassen Holdings Ltd, an associate company of the Promoters Group viz, Morganite Crucible Ltd U K.

DCCPL is a Company engaged in the business of manufacture of Crucibles and allied products.
