Express Leasing signs Development pact with RC

Mumbai, April 3 (UNI) Express Leasing has registered a development agreement with Royal Constructions, to develop a residential project at Khar in Western suburbs of the city.

Informing the BSE, the company said the Project is proposed to be named as ''Satra Residency,'' encompassing approximately 35,000 sq ft of saleable area equipped with other modern facilities.

The company's share will be 75 per cent of the project, which is expected to be completed in about 18 months time.

Total cost of the said project is estimated at Rs 23 crore, out of which share of the company will be at 75 per cent.
