Dolphin Offshore to work with Naftogaz

New Delhi, Apr 03 (UNI) Dolphin Offshore Enterprises India today said it has tied up with NaftoGaz, to work together on Engineering Procurement Installation and Commissioning (EPC) contracts related to the oil and gas industry.

The two companies will jointly bid for E and C projects in India and West Asia.

''The domestic and international oil and gas industry has been growing exponentially and Dolphin Offshore will have the critical mass to bid for large EPC contracts'', the company Joint Managing Director, Satpal Singh said in a statement.

NaftoGaz will also explore the possibility of outsourcing to the company the diving and other manpower and equipment for its projects in the Black Sea and other parts of the world, the statement said.
