Datamatics to sell entire shareholding in KGL for USD 1.5 mn

Mumbai, April 3 (UNI) Datamatics Technologies has signed an agreement to sell its entire 20 per cent shareholding in its joint venture company (JVC) Knowledgeworks Global Ltd (KGL) to a Mauritius based company for a consideration of USD 1.5 million.

Informing the BSE, the company said it has signed the pact on March 31 with Cadmus Knowledgeworks International Ltd (CKIL), Mauritius.

Presently, both the parties are in the process of completing all statutory and procedure compliances.
