Clariant Chemicals (India) launch integrates former affiliates

Mumbai, Apr 3 (UNI) Clariant Chemicals (India) Limited, a subsidiary of Clariant International, has come into existence with effect from April one with the merger of its four former affiliates.

The four affiliates merged to form the new entity include Clariant (India) Ltd, Vanavil Dyes and Chemicals, BTP India Pvt Ltd and Kundalika Investments Limited, a company release today said.

The Board of Directors of Clariant Chemicals (India) Ltd include Mr R A Shah (Chairman), Mr H Meier (Vice Chairman and Managing Director), Mr B S Mehta, Mr Arun Nanda, Mr P Lindner, Mr K J Bharucha, Dr A Walde and Mr W Mohr (Directors).
