Cattle struck by mysterious disease

Pondicherry, Apr 3: As many as 30 cattle were reporte dead from different villages in Mannadipet assembly constituency of the union territory due to a 'mysterious' disease.

Several other cattles were also affected with the disease. Panic stricken villagers, in a memoradum yesterday, urged the Lt Governor to take immediate steps to diagnose the disease and initiate steps to prevent further loss of cattles.
