Bihar given last opportunity on Suraj Bhan's petition
New Delhi, Apr 3 (UNI) The Supreme Court today granted last opportunity to the state of Bihar to respond to the application of controversial Loktantrik Janashakti Party MP Suraj Bhan, seeking permission to attend the Parliament session.
The bench, comprising Mr Justice B N Srikrishna and Mr Justice Tarun Chatterjee, while adjourning the matter to April 10 asked the state of Bihar to come prepared on the next date of hearing so that appropriate orders may be passed.

The Parliament session is to resume from May 10 and would continue till May 23.
Mr Bhan, who is also the Vice-Chairman of the Parliamentary Consultative Committee, wanted to attend the committee meeting, scheduled to be held soon.
