Three new companies to be listed on stock markets

Mumbai, Apr 2: Three new companies - Solar Explosives, Vakrangee Softwares and Gallant Metal will be listed on the Bombay and National Stock Exchanges(BSE/NSE) this week.

Solar Explosives Ltd will be listed on tomorrow under the symbol SOLAREX, at an issue price of Rs 190 for Rs 10 share.

In all, 1.73 crore shares (1,73,23,816) of Solar Explosives will be admitted to dealing, a BSE notice said.

Vakrangee Softwares Ltd will also be listed on the NSE tomorrow under the symbol VAKRANSOFT.

Gallant Metal Limited will be listed on the NSE on April four under the symbol GALLANT.
