One killed, BSF picket attacked in Kashmir

Srinagar, Apr 2 (UNI) Militants killed one person and attacked a Border Security Force (BSF) picket in the Kashmir valley today, official sources said.

Militants kidnapped and later killed one Momin Rashid at Gowharpora Chadoora in the central Kashmir district of Badgam early this morning.

Sources said militants fired a rifle grenade towards a BSF picket at Kunzar Tangmarg in Baramulla district. However, the grenade missed the intended target and exploded at a distance without causing any damage.
