HC to hear Naik associate's bail plea

Mumbai, Apr 2 (UNI) Bombay High Court will hear the bail plea of Rajinder Padte, a co-accused in suspended police sub inspector Daya Nayak's disproportionate assets case, on april 4.

The application was moved last week on parity basis as the High Court had earlier granted bail to another co-accused P Manivelan on technical grounds after anti-corruption bureau (ACB) failed to file chargesheet against him with in the stipulated period of sixty days.
