Precious metals falls on bearish global advice

Mumbai, Apr 1: Values of silver and gold fell on bearish global advice in the opening session today, traders at the bullion market here said.

Following were the rates: Silver (per kg) .999 fineness grade : Rs 17,085, Gold (per 10 gm): Gold 99.5 purity standard mint: : Rs 8,455, Gold 99.9 purity variety : Rs 8,495.
