Block pramukh, 3 aides wounded in firing

Lucknow, Apr 1 (UNI) Unidentified armed miscreants today attacked a block pramukh and his three aides at Chiluatal area of Gorakhpur district in Uttar Pradesh.

The wounded people including Kaudia block pramukh Brijesh Yadav were later rushed to hospital, police here said.

Yadav is the local leader of Hindu Yuva Vahini. Old enemity is stated to be reason behind the attack.

Investigations are on, the police said.
