AP CM launches 'Indiramma' scheme

Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh Apr 1 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy today launched the Integrated Development in rural areas and model municipal areas (Indiramma) programme here.

He said the scheme was launched to provide a fresh lease of life to the developmental works.

Dr Reddy alleged that during the tenure of Telugu Desam Party(TDP) the economic conditions had deteriorated.

He said his Government had fulfilled the election promises of free power.

The pending projects were also taken up, he added.
