Trade worth Rs 3,734 on NCDEX

Mumbai, Mar 31 (UNI) As many as 538 members of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchanges (NCDEX) participated in trading worth Rs 3,734 crore (one way) upto 1700 hrs today.

There were 75,610 trades put through by them.

Active trades were high in guarseeds, chana, sugar, silver, gold and urad, a NCDEX release said.

Yesterday, about 840 members had participated in trading and put through more than 1,03,340 trades. The volume for the whole day trading till 2355 hrs was Rs 4,990 crore (one way).

Active trades were in urad, chana, guarseed, lemon tur, silver and gold, the release added.
