PMC releases candidates list

Pondicherrry, Mar 31 (UNI) Puducherry Munnetra Congress (PMC) today announced the second list of candidates contesting the May 3 and 8 assembly elections in the union territory.

While party president and former minister P Kannan would contest from Modaliarpet constituency, P K Devadass will contest from Rajbhavan and Muthunarayana Reddiyar from Nettapaakkam constituencies.

The party, contesting ten seats in alliance with AIADMK, is yet to announce candidates for two more constituencies.

Mr Kannan said the candidates for Bussy and Kuruvinatham constituencies would be announced soon.
