Leading coconut trader Narotham Ramdas passes away

Kozhikode, Mar 31 (UNI) Leading coconut trader of the Malabar region Narotham Ramdas died of pro-longed illness early today.

He was 80 and is survived by his wife Prameela.

Narotham, who held the post of Produce Merchants' Association presidentship many times, was also associated with different organisations of the Gujarati community in the city.

The funeral was held at the Mavoor road electric crematorium in the evening.
