Lata Mangeshkar opens Harmony Art Show

Mumbai, Mar 31 (UNI) Melody queen Lata Mangeshkar inaugurated the 11th edition of Harmony Art Show here this evening in which there was a call from Harmony Foundation chief patron Tina Ambani to NGOs to come forward in a big way to promote street and underprivileged child artists and assist in their education and rehabilitation.

At the jam-packed gallery of Nehru Centre, the legendary singer said she is proud to be associated with the show which gives such artists an opening to showcase their talent.

Former MP Jaya Bachchan and cricketer Ravi Shastri among others were present on the occasion.

The nine-day show will be thrown open to public viewing from tomorrow.
