Kalpataru Power to raise $ 75 mn

Mumbai, Mar 31 (UNI) Kalpataru Power Transmission has decided to raise 75 million U S dollars or its rupee equivalent subject to shareholders' approval.

The company board, in its meeting held today, also decided to allot bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 , that is one share for each held, it informed the BSE.

The board appointed Shitin Desai as an Independent Director from today.
