Deranged man stabs infant son to death

Lucknow, Mar 31 (UNI) A deranged man allegedly stabbed his infant son to death under Krishnanagar area of the Uttar Pradesh capital.

Police today said Pramod first tried to assault his wife with a knife last night. She took shelter in a relative's place.

However, the accused planted multiple stab wounds on his son Ayush (4), who died on the spot.

Pramod had been arrested and an FIR lodged in this regard.
