Umar meets Pak Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz

Srinagar, Mar 30 (UNI) Hurriyat Conference (HC) Chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq had a hour long meeting with Pakistan Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz in Islamabad today, reports reaching here said.

Mirwaiz appreciated the peace moves taken by the Pakistan and expressed hope that India will reciprocate so that process is speeded up.

He thanked Prime Minister Aziz for the help the Pakistan government and people are extending to the Kashmir cause, and urged him to speed up the process and make it ''Kashmir centric'' so that the issue is resolved soon.

Mirwaiz, who is in Pakistan to attend the World Social Forum (WSF) conference is scheduled to address the Friday congregation in Shah Faisal Masque tomorrow.
