Nine people killed, 22 injured in road mishap

Davanagere, Karnataka, Mar 30 (UNI) Nine people, including four women, were killed and 22 others injured when a private bus, in which they were travelling, collided with a Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) bus near Hebbal on National Highway four, about 20 km from here, today.

Police said that while seven people died on the spot, two others succumbed to injuries in the hospital.

The injured were admitted to the District Hospital.
