Justice Dhaliwal takes oath as Punjab Lokpal

Chandigarh, Mar 30 (UNI) Punjab Governor Gen S F Rodrigues (retd), today administered the oath of office to Justice Daljit Singh Dhaliwal, retired judge of the Patna High Court as Lokpal of Punjab at the Raj Bhavan here today.

Mrs Jean Rodrigues, wife of Governor, Chief Minister Amarinder Singh, Ministers including Surinder Singla, Amarjit Singh Samra, Malkiat Singh Birmi, Advisor to Chief Minister B I S Chahal and other senior civil and police officers were present. The family members, friends and well wishers of Justice Dhaliwal also attended the ceremoney.
