India to be most powerful nation by 2011: Sudarshan
Ajmer, Mar 30 (UNI) India will be the most powerful nation by 2011, Rashtriya Swayam Sevak (RSS) chief K S Sudarshan today claimed.
Addressing the RSS workers here today, he said that India's strong traditions, heritage and inherent nationalism would overcome the increasing western influences, terrorism and Naxalism, ''which are detrimental for the nation.'' Our country is rich in energy and has a vast reserve of knowledge which no other nation in the world has. Western nations do not understand the intricacies of relationships and neither do they have any idea about patriotism, so they don't understand what unity is,'' he added.
Citing episodes from the life of Sangh founder Keshav Hedgewar, he said Dr Hegdewar understood that until and unless the Hindus of the country were united, it was not possible for India to gain freedom. ''That is why he united the Hindus and founded the Sangh,''he added.
