Bellary records highest max temp of 39.1

Bangalore, Mar 30 (UNI) Following is a Summary of observations recorded by the weather office here at 0830 hours today: Dry weather prevailed over the State.

Maximum temperatures changed little over the State. They were above normal at a few places over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka and were normal over North Interior Karnataka.

Minimum temperature rose at many places over South Interior Karnataka and changed little over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka. They were normal over the State.

Bellary recorded highest maximum temperature of 39.1 degrees celsius and Belgaum AP recorded lowest minimum temperature of 19.1 degrees celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Saturday morning: Mainly dry weather may prevail over the State.

Forecast for Farmers: Mainly dry weather may prevail over all districts of Coastal Karnataka, North Interior Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka.

Outlook for subsequent two days: No significant change is expected over the State.

Forecast for Bangalore: Mainly clear sky. Maximum and minimum temperature would be around 33 degrees celsius and 20 degrees celsius respectively.
