TVS Electronics launches MSP Champion XL printers

New Delhi, Mar 29 (UNI) IT peripheral maker TVS Electronics today launched two high speed dot matrix printers -- MSP245 Champion XL and MSP345 Champion XL -- to commemorate its 20th year in the Indian market.

With increased speed capability, the new printers are designed to print 450 cps (characters per second) and 400 cps respectively and provide the advantage of low cost printing to customers.

''Year 2006 for TVS-E is a memorable one as it marks the successful completion of 20 years of outstanding market performance.

With the launch of the MSP Champion XL printers, TVS-E expects to add 3 per cent to 4 per cent to its market share in the dot matrix printer segment,'' TVS Electronics Marketing Head S Narendran said while announcing the launch.

TVS-E has a market share of 43 per cent in the domestic dot matrix printer market, according to latest GARTNER reports.
