Sailor commits suicide

Mumbai, Mar 29 (UNI) A 23-year-old Indian Navy sailor, Rajkumar Dongra, allegedly committed suicide early yesterday morning, police today said.

The sailor, attached to INS Vindhyagiri, shot himself from his service rifle around 0300 hours yesterday.

However, the police have not been able to ascertain the reasons behind the suicide. Dongra had joined the navy two years back, they said.
