RBI rupee reference rate three paise down at 44.69 per USD

Mumbai, Mar 29 (UNI) Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today fixed the reference rate for Rupee at 44.69 per US dollar, which was three paise down from yesterday's rate of 44.66, an official spokesperson said here.
