Chautala condoles death of Bansi Lal

Chandigarh, Mar 29 (UNI) Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) president and former Chief Minister, Chaudhary Om Prakash Chautala has in a message condoled the death of former Chief Minister Bansi Lal, who passed away at Delhi last night.

He conveyed his heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family and prayed to God for lending them strength in this difficult hour.

In a message today, Mr Chautala said that Chaudhary Bansi Lal had by virtue of holding high public offices in the state and the Centre acquired deep insight in matters of administration. For long he would be remembered for his devotion to duty and perseverance of purpose.

Mr Chautala also recalled the efforts made by Chaudhary Bansi Lal in upholding the interests of the State.

As a mark of respect to the departed leader all functions of the INLD have been suspended till April one.
