Arexera to beef up presence in Pune

Mumbai, Mar 29 (UNI) Arexera Information Technologies GmbH (AIT GmbH) will be setting up its research and development facility in Pune.

A wholly-owned subsidiary of Aftek Infosys, Arexera's Reserach and Development centre will be housed in Aftek's upcoming premises for software development at Hinjewadi.

A step in this direction will be the launch of the search engine Seekport, in which Arexera has a 56 per cent stake, in India at the end of calendar year 2006, a press release issued here today stated.

Seekport is the only search engine to cater to the non-English speaking people with region-specific customised information, through 126 million indexed pages.
