DDC Rajouri suspends Jr. Asstt, calls explanation from CDPO

Jammu, Mar 28 (UNI) Intensifying the drive against absentees, District Development Commissioner, Rajouri, Mohammad Abbas Dar, suspended Junior Assistant CDPO office of Manjakote,for dereliction of duty.

Mr Abbas, during his surprise inspection of the area here on Saturday found the CDPO office locked while people were waiting outside during the office hours. The people present on the occasion complained that the office has nearly turned defunct due to lackasidiacal approach of CDPO Ajaz Ahmed and his staff.

Earlier the DDC visited BDO office and PHC and instructed the heads of these offices to ensure punctuality and regularity of their staff. Not satisfied with the overall functioning he cautioned them to improve work culture and provide efficient service to locals.
