BSP issues whip in favour of the RJD candidate

Patna, Mar 28 (UNI) BSP's Chief Whip in Bihar legislative assembly Sita Sundari Devi today issued whip to four party MLAs to vote in favour of RJD Rajya Sabha candidate Rajniti Prasad.

The biennial election to the six RS seats in the state would be held tomorrow.

Ms Devi has asked the party MLAs to cast the first preference vote in favour of the RJD candidate and also directed them not to cast the second preference vote.

With the support of BSP MLAs, the prospect of victory of the RJD second RS candidate Mr Prasad had improved.
