Trade worth Rs 5,582 on NCDEX

Mumbai, Mar 27 (UNI) As many as 558 members of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchanges (NCDEX) participated in trading worth Rs 5,582 crore (one way) upto 1700 hrs today.

There were 1,22,230 trades put through by them.

Active trades were high in guarseeds, chana, lemon tur, silver, sugar and urad, a NCDEX release here said.

On Saturday, about 536 members had participated in trading and put through more than 87,920 trades. The volume for the whole day trading till 1400 hrs was Rs 3,799 crore (one way).

Active trades were in urad, chana, guarseed, lemon tur, silver and wheat, a release added.
