Reports of CAG and HRC tabled in J

Jammu, Mar 27 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir minister for Haj, Auqaf and Youth Services. Peerzada Mohammad Sayeed tabled a copy of the report of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) for the year ending March 2005 and a copy of the Annual Report of State Human Rights Commission for the Year 2004-05 along with action taken report by the government in the House.

The Action taken Report contains details of the cases recommended by the Commission and action taken by the government.

As per the action report, state government has taken action for providing compensation and relief among others for 97 cases recommended by the Commission during the said period under report.

Earlier, Mr Prem Sagar Aziz laid on the table 41st report of Committee on Public Undertakings of which he is the Chairman.

In Legislative Council these reports were tabled by the Minister for transport Mr Mangat Ram Sharma.
