Jyoti allots 7 lakh shares to Prudential ICICI

Mumbai, Mar 27: Jyoti Ltd, which are into manufacturing and marketing of electrical and hydraulic engineering equipment, has allotted 7 lakh equity shares on a preferential basis to Prudential ICICI Asset Management Company Ltd for an undisclosed amount.

The decision was taken by the company board at its meeting held on Saturday in pursuance to a special resolution passed by the shareholders at the EGM held on March 21, Jyoti informed the BSE today.
