Jazeera TV airs audio from fugitive Saddam aide

DUBAI, Mar 27 (Reuters) Al Jazeera television aired today an audio tape purportedly from Saddam Hussein's former lieutenant Izzat al-Douri, calling on Arab leaders to boycott Iraq's government.

The speaker urged an Arab summit to recognise the ''Iraqi resistance as the sole legitimate representative of the Iraqi people'' and to ''boycott the regime of agents and traitors''.

Ibrahim is the most senior member of Saddam's deposed government still at large and has been credited with a major role in organising the insurgency by Sunni Muslim militants.
