Govt commited to transparency Minister

Jammu, Mar 27 (UNI) The minister for Social Welfare of Jammu and Kashmir, Haji Nissar Ali today said the main objective of the department is to provide necessary succour to the suffering members of the society.

Replying to the members during the discussion on social welfare in the Legislative Council today Mr Nissar described the Social Welfare Department equal to a place of warhip and service to people as service to god.

Reiterating the determination of the government to bring transparency in the functioning of the department in order to ensure benefits to the needy, he said measures are afoot to create good work culture in the department to enable the beneficiaries get help urdi various schemes.
