GIPL to launch IPO

Mumbai, Mar 27 (UNI) Construction major Gammon India today said its subsidiary, Gammon Infrastructure Projects Ltd(GIPL), has decided to issue equity shares through an initial public offer (IPO).

GIPL board approved the proposal on Saturday to issue the shares through an IPO by book building process, Gammon India informed the BSE.
