GIC Housing to raise over Rs 107 cr via rights issue

Mumbai, Mar 27 (UNI) GIC Housing Finance has decided to raise over Rs 107.70 crore through an issue of 2,69,25,533 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a premium of Rs 30 on rights basis to the equity shareholders of the company in the 1:1 ratio, that is one share for each held.

The issue opens on March 31 and closes on April 29, the company informed the BSE, adding last date for receiving request for split application forms is April 14.
