Four killed, 31 injured in road accidents in AP

Hyderabad, Mar 27 (UNI) Four people including two school children were killed in two separate road accidents in Andhra Pradesh today.

Two persons were killed on the spot and 31 primary school students injured, two of them seriously, when a school bus collided with school van at Kalavagonda in Chittoor district, today.

Police said the mishap took when the bus was on its way back to the school after dropping the students.

The deceased were identified as the van driver Babu (42) and a girl student Kusuma(5).

The injured were admitted to the government hospital at Chittoor.

In an another incident, two school going girls were killed and others seriously injured when a lorry that lost control hit them at LB Nagar area here.

While both the girls died on the spot, two others seriously injured were rushed to the hospital.
