Four Indians invited for Singapore Open snooker tourney

Mumbai, Mar 27 (UNI) Four Indians including Ashok Shandilya, Devendra Joshi, Adiya Mehta and Dharminder Lilly will take part in the Hainsworth International Open snooker tournament to be held in Singapore from March 30.

A release here said Derek Sippy will accompany the four as the manager, as part of the four-day event at the Klassic Snooker and Pool Recreation Centre in Singapore.

All the four Indians have been given direct entry into the round of 32 with Ashok Shandilya being seeded no. one, Aditya Mehta has been seeded no. three, while Devendra Joshi is the no. five give seed and Dharminder Lilly the seventh in the tourney where the top prize is 2,000 dollars, the release added.
