CSE likely to finalise PWC as consultant
Kolkata, Mar 27 (UNI) The Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE) is likely to finalise appointment of Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC) as consultant for the proposed demutualisation of the bourse.
CSE sources today said the PWC has sought around 20 weeks to prepare the report, which is too long.
The exchange has asked the PWC to submit the report in an earlier time.
The fee for consultancy has been fixed at around Rs 30 lakh, the sources said.
Apart from suggesting ways for demutualisation of the exchange, PWC is likely to suggest growth opportunities for the exchange.
" We are in talks with PWC for appointment as consultant. We are yet to finalise the appointment, " CSE secretary P K Roy said when contacted.
