Calsoft rights issue priced at Rs 66 per share

Mumbai, Mar 27(UNI) California Software Company Limited (Calsoft) today announced that the record date shareholders to qualify for the issue as April 12 and the price per rights equity share has been fixed at Rs 66 (inclusive of share premium of Rs 56 per share).

The company informed the stock exchanges today.

Shareholders will get seven right shares for every 10 existing equity share in 7:10 ratio.

Number of shares available for the rights issue are 34,44,762.

The objective of the rights issue are to meet the expenditure required for expansion of offshore development centres, to meet the additional working capital requirements, to invest in existing subsidiaries and to meet the expenses of the present issue.
