AJP announces name of candidates for TN assembly polls

Chennai, Mar 27 (UNI) The Ambedkar Jananayaga Peravai (AJP) today announced names of its two candidates for the May 8 Assembly elections in Tamil Nadu.

AJP President J P Nagabhushanam told newsmen here that the party's North Chennai District Secretary J Srinivasalu will contest from Royapuram Assembly constituency, while Central Chennai District Secretary N Vijayakumar would fight from Annanagar constituency.

He said the candiates would be formally introduced at the party's second state conference to be held here on April two.
