TRS to join hands with NDA
Hyderabad, Mar 26 (UNI) Following the recent statement of BJP President Rajnath Singh that his party will support the Bill for separate Telangana in Parliament, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS), a coalition partner of the UPA Government has decided to join hands with the NDA at the earliest.
The TRS, fighting for the cause of Telangana, will severe its ties with the UPA and join hands with the NDA if statehood for Telangana was not declared before May ten, TRS senior leader and Union Minister A Narendra told newspersons here today.
Stating that other parties in the NDA had also announced their support for the Telangana Bill, the Minister said ''we will highlight how the Congress cheated the TRS.'' ''We will sit next to NDA members in Parliament when the session begins on May ten.'' UNI AP MSJ GC1428
