Three SBBL guns recovered in Karbi Anglong

Diphu, Mar 26 (UNI) A cache of arms was seized by Doldoli check post personnel under Diphu police station in Karbi Anglong district today.

Police recovered one SBBL gun from Dillai and two similar guns from Diphu.

Police said here that the guns were recovered during regular search operation.

Meanwhile, five dice for printing fake Rs 100 notes were seized by Bokajan police station personnel at Khatkhati check gate in the same district yesterday.

The recovery was made from a car, on its way from Dergaon to Simapur in Nagaland.

The driver and three other occupants, who had hired it, were arrested. The driver and two occupants were from Asom while the fourth person was from Arunachal Pradesh.

Police have registered a case in this regard.
