M D Mallya elected as CMD Bank of Maharashtra

Mumbai, Mar 25: M D Mallya has taken over as chairman and managing director of Bank of Maharashtra, a leading nationalised bank, founded in 1935, having over 1300 branches spanning over 22 states and two Union Territory.

Prior to taking over as CMD of Bank of Maharashtra, he worked as Executive Director with Oriental Bank of Commerce, according to a press release isssued by the Bank.
