Jaigarh lift RPC Cup Polo Tournament title

Jaipur, Mar 26 (UNI) One-goal handicapper Gangesh Singh hit three goals to help Jaigarh beat hosts Rajasthan Polo Club by six goals to five in a closely contested match to lift the glittering Rajasthan Polo club Cup title at the Rajasthan Polo groud here today.

Apart from Gangesh, Manupal Godara scored two goals and Nb Ris Bhawani Singh scored one goal for Jaigarh. KV Singh slammed three goals while Himmat Singh scored one goal for the host.

The two-day Rajasthan Tourism Polo Tournament will kick off from tomorrow. The twelve goal handicap tie would be organised on the occasion of Rajasthan Diwas. Top players of the country Shamsheer Ali (+6), Lokendra Singh (+5) and Angad Kalan (+5) are participating in the tournament.
