Firearms recovered, eight criminals arrested

Patna, Mar 26(UNI) A cache of firearms were recovered from eight criminals at New Area Jakkanpur Mohalla under Gardanibagh police station area here today.

Deputy Police Superintendent (Sachivalaya) Shridhar Mandal told newspersons here that four country-made revolvers, five live cartridges and a bomb were recovered from the criminals.

He said anti-socials were nabbed from a cow shed.

These criminals were involved in many murder cases, robbery including attack on a policeman of Kankarbagh police station.
