2 held for tranporting explosives on train
Vijayawada, Mar 26 (UNI) The Railway Protection Force (RPF) today arrested two persons for illegally transporting explosive material on the Secunderabad-Vijayawada Satavahana Express, in the city.
RPF sources said they found 30 gelatine sticks, four electric detonators and a wire.
The duo claimed the explosives were meant for digging a well in Khammam district.
A case was booked under the Explosive Substance Act, they said.
